REICHERT APPOINTED TO SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BOARD

 

Des Moines – State Representative Nathan Reichert of Muscatine has been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) of Iowa.  The board oversees the 13 SBDCs across the state.

 

“As a small business owner, I know that small businesses are the foundation of Iowa’s economy and an engine for economic growth.  Our small business development centers help provide resources for business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their business,” said Reichert.  “I am excited by this opportunity, and look forward to helping small business succeed in Iowa and create new jobs.”

 

Reichert was recommended to the Advisory Board by House Minority Leader Pat Murphy and was approved by the board earlier this month.  His term on the board begins immediately.
